These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Indianapolis Muslim Community Association (“IMCA,” “we,” “us”) community platform for events, programs, facility bookings, membership, communications, and related tools (the “Services”). By creating an account, registering for an event or program, booking a facility, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our public website is imcaindy.org. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

5. Communications
We may send transactional messages related to your account and registrations. Community or campaign emails may be sent to members who have not unsubscribed. You can opt out of non-essential campaign emails using unsubscribe links. Operational messages needed to provide the Services may still be sent.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, and content provided by IMCA are owned by Indianapolis Muslim Community Association or its licensors. Content you submit (for example feedback or form responses) may be used by IMCA to operate and improve community programs.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMCA disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMCA and its officers, employees, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us through the Services for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
