It takes real leadership to step up and handle what others left behind, even when it was not your mess to begin with. الطَّهُورُ شَطْرُ الْإِيمَانِ Our Beloved Nabi ﷺ said, “Cleanliness is half of Imaan (Faith).” Maintaining our spaces is not just routine operations — it is respect, responsibility, and Imaan for the community using the building. Leaving trash behind, piling deliveries in fire exits, and ignoring post-event cleanup show a lack of accountability that must stop. The person who authorizes this booking is held responsible for the condition of the space.

Required cleaning checklist — every item must be checked:

I understand that keeping this space clean is an act of respect, responsibility, and Imaan. Our Beloved Nabi ﷺ said, “Cleanliness is half of Imaan (Faith).” الطَّهُورُ شَطْرُ الْإِيمَانِ Utility, server, and fire-control rooms are strictly off-limits for general package drop-offs. Fire exits will stay clear. I will complete the post-event cleaning sign-off. No equipment (including items such as the popcorn machine) will be left dirty. Trash will not overflow. Pizza boxes will be flattened and thrown away. Cold drinks and other waste will be cleaned up after the event. Any deliveries will have an identified owner and a pre-approved storage location before they arrive. I accept full accountability for this booking and for leaving the space as clean as (or cleaner than) I found it.
